We offer a free 15-minute consultation to understand your needs, help customize a plan, and recommend the best solutions for your business. You can also discuss pricing, integrations, or any specific requirements. If additional time is needed, extended sessions can be arranged.

Idara offers two payment structures: ✅ Option 1: Standard Payment Plan 50% deposit upfront before starting the project. Upon revision and confirmation by the client, the monthly plan begins for maintenance, retention, and ongoing service. Monthly fees cover updates, hosting, automation, and continued support. ✅ Option 2: Full-Service Monthly Plan The monthly service fee is added to the total project cost over one year. The client is charged monthly payments, including service and maintenance fees, making budgeting easier.

Cancellations must be requested at least 60 days (2 months) in advance. If notice isn’t provided, payments continue until the end of the contract term. Early cancellations are not permitted unless the remaining balance is paid in full.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including setup fees and monthly payments. If a client delays the project by failing to provide necessary content or approvals, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Timelines vary by plan: Basic Website: 10-14 business days E-Commerce Website: 15-21 business days Advanced AI/3D Website: 21-30 business days Timelines depend on the client providing necessary materials on time.

If payment is overdue by 30 days, services may be temporarily suspended until payments are settled. If a payment is overdue by 7 days, a 5% late fee is applied.
